It is very important that your bra fits you completely and looks wonderful on you or else it may completely deteriorate the quality and look of the dress you are wearing.
You can get a good fitting bra if you are aware of your right bra size.  This is not only to provide you with an improved comfort and poster but will also make sure that you get a better fitting of all the clothes you wear.  There is nothing more embarrassing as going to a party with your breasts bulging out from the sides of an under size bra or attending a function where your breasts can fall out from an oversized bra.  Before you go out in the market to purchase a bra it is important that you check out the bra fitting and sizing so that you get the best fit.  If you have recently reduced weight or put on few pounds than do not assume the last size of the bra as your present size and measure it again to know your proper bra fitting.
The most appropriate method in order to check your bra’s sizing is to stand straight and wrap a measuring tape around your ribcage and under your bust.  Make sure you do not tighten the measurement tape too much.  To check the cup size of your breasts you need to wrap the measurement tape around the fullest part.  Adding five to the size around your rib cage will help you in learning the band size.  The difference between the cup measurement and the band size can be calculated to know the exact cup size.  If the calculations you get is same as that of your band size after adding five then perhaps you have a cup size.
